This is the hotel to stay at in Ontario. Nice size rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent customer service. Great breakfast to start your day. Fitness center has the basics... more than I needed since I was on vacation. All the staff was helpful and friendly. My family and I stay 5 days and rented 2 rooms. An airport shuttle and close to mall. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is close to I-10 if you want to travel. Stay here and be prepared to tip because the service is worth it.

This hotel was as good if not better than advertised. We stayed here at the end of a long week of travel over the Christmas holidays. The dinner at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was hot and delicious not just a regular continental cuisine. The room was quiet and very clean.

The staff at the front desk, the cooks,helpers and maids were all very friendly and cheerful and willing to go out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. One of our cooks told us about a local airplane museum that turned into a very fun day trip. The full breakfast was served quickly and with a cheerful smile by the cook and she always asked about our plans for the day. A very clean, friendly hotel that I would recommend to anyone!
